We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong background in Business-to-Government (B2G) marketing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts, from orchestrating trade show events to developing compelling white papers and enhancing our branding in the public sector.


Essential Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Planning: Work with Sales Leadership to help develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to public sector clients and partners.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Event prioritization and selection, defining and managing pipeline generation metrics for each event, coordinating marketing outreach and activities before/during/after, identifying and managing meetings with customers and prospects, overall event execution.
  • Content Development: Coordinate the production of and help create high-quality marketing materials, including white papers, case studies, brochures, and presentations that resonate with public sector audiences. Maintain current and the most up to date enablement sales collateral across relevant sharing sites.
  • Brand Management: Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand presence and reputation within the public sector market.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities in the public sector, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and client needs.
  • Digital Marketing: Assist in implementing the demand generation strategy across our online and offline channels including email, media, social, website, and events. Partner closely with our sales teams to support their needs and our shared pipeline and sales goals.
  • Performance Analytics: Measure performance and identify levers for improvement – design and analyze relevant reports, design A/B testing, and evaluate performance across various marketing channels to identify opportunities to optimize ROI.


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's required with 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Master's preferred


Additional Skills and/or Certifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2G marketing or working with public sector clients.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
