As the new Sales Operations Specialist - Salesforce, you will build on synergies between marketing, sales, and our customers to drive growth supporting key brands of Tyvek™, Styrofoam™, Corian® Design, Great Stuff™ and Froth-Pak™.You will thrive in this role if you:• Can generate enthusiasm for what best-in-class can be.• Are passionate about solving problems, building new capabilities, and change management.• Are excited about optimizing business processes that enable revenue growth.• Have a relentless drive to make real change happen and stick.In this role, you will take the lead and implement the future of commercial excellence operations across our sales organization - driving optimal Salesforce Lightning utilization, best-in-class B2B customer relationship management, and connecting people, processes, and technology seamlessly. You will be exposed to a hybrid working environment with a dynamic team of building and construction sales professionals and experienced marketing and IT teams dedicated to driving growth for DuPont. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and driving change management in sales and technology with B2B companies as well as experience using data to drive meaningful decisions. This role will report to the Global Digital & Customer Experience Leader.Key Responsibilities:Technology & Change Management• Understand the future of work in Salesforce including engagements, lead scoring, productivity, activity data, opportunity pipeline reporting, and collaboration and partner management enabling the success of our divisional sales and marketing teams.• Accountable for having a holistic view of the sales process including working with our 3rd party sellers within the uncovering areas of opportunity for improved teamwork along the customer journey.• Leverage detailed Salesforce knowledge (certifications) to develop and document process flows for engagements, call logs, leads, and opportunities to be used consistently across all lines of business.• Identify, create, and reinforce best practices to improve sales efficiency and win rates.• Define, create, and interpret data to proactively provide KPIs, analytics and insights to drive decision making, developing strategic recommendations for senior leadership.Training• Assess the training needs of the sales organization in key areas enabling ongoing improvement and efficiencies.• Develop and deliver ongoing training modules to the sales teams to drive disciplined and accurate usage of the Salesforce application.• Trouble shoot and resolve user issues in Salesforce in a timely manner.Collaborating with Others• Leverage strong relationships with the sales teams to improve utilization of Salesforce.• Build strong collaborative relationships with the cross-functional teams.• Adapt to shifting market conditions.• Communicate effectively across the business.Success in this role looks like:• Improved Salesforce utilization and business intelligence across the organization through successful training and storytelling.• Defined customer insights that can be used to construct ongoing sales and marketing initiatives.• Best-in-Class integration between Salesforce and Marketing Tech Stack to build robust customer journey insights and support marketing campaigns.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree required.• Proven in-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Marketo, or Salesforce Trailhead Certifications.• 3-7 years of prior work experience in the following fields: sales, marketing, product management and/or building & construction industry.• Clear understanding of how to define processes and manage ongoing process improvement.• Demonstrated critical thinking, learning agility, and project management skills.• Ability to make sound independent decisions using data and keen judgment.• Strong organizational and oral and written communication skills.• Proven experience with change management and ability to respectfully overcome objections to change.Location:• Please note - This position can be located in Midland, Michigan or Wilmington, Delaware.
