Business Development Lead (North America)

DWF Labs is the new generation Web3 investor and market maker, one of the world's largest high-frequency cryptocurrency trading entities, which trades spot and derivatives markets on over 60 top exchanges.


This is a fully remote role based within North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate Web3 projects with strong potential for investment and market making within North America.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with crypto VC firms and other key players in the Web3 ecosystem 
  • Build and execute business development strategies to expand the company's portfolio and enhance overall market presence in the North American Markets.
  • Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote brand visibility
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the crypto and blockchain space to drive innovative business development opportunities tailored to the region.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem 
  • Knowledge of the Web3 market and current narratives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated track record of successful deal-making and investment
  • Ability to collaborate with team members in a remote-first, global setting
