DWH Delivery Lead

Experience Level: 8+ years

Responsibilities:

To work with cross-functional teams in onsite and offshore setup and discuss and solve complex technical problems with business teams
Have discussion on existing solution, design/optimize solution and prepare execution planning for development and deployment

Required Skills:

8+ years of experience and resident expert of Cloud data warehouse technologies on AWS cloud like S3,Lambda, Glue, AirFlow, Athena,Redshift and other AWS native technologies along with working experience on Snowflake
Experience in coding technologies like Python, Scala, and SQL.
Significant experience with data migrations and development (conceptual, logical and physical model design, Operational Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Marts).
Expertise with Traditional databases like Oracle and Microsoft SQL server.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with Business & IT stakeholders
Functional expertise include execution planning of a project and effort estimation
Understanding of Data Vault, Warehouse, Lake and Hub architecture.
Must have exposure to working in Agile onshore-offshore setup.

Good to have skills:

Experience with cloud ETL and ELT in one of the tools like stitch or Matillion and exposure to Bigdata ecosystem(Hadoop).
CI/CD, GitHub, and Octopus or equivalent experience is a plus.
Experience in the Autoretail-Tech industry is a plus.

Other:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related study accompanied by 8+ years of experience in Information Technology with at least 5+ years in Data Warehouse development and support.
Ability to express complex technical concepts into comprehensible business terminology.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and planning skills and process orientation.
Commitment to excellence in service, performance, and execution
Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment while effectively managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously as well as produce high-quality end to end solutions for complex data problems.
