EagleView provides the most accurate data, enabling customers in the government, construction, solar and insurance industries to make timely, informed, and better decisions.OverviewEagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Marketing Specialist, Solar and Imagery & Emerging Markets to our department. The Marketing Specialist, Solar and Imagery & Emerging Markets will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive marketing strategy across growth marketing, product marketing with elements of brand marketing to help promote acquisition, engagement, preference, and loyalty. Partnering and overseeing cross-functional departments, you will work closely with content, CRM, product, customer success, and other workforce members within the Solar team and the Imagery & Emerging Markets team to assure all marketing is insight-promoted, inspiring, and results-focused.In this role, you will be a part of our workforce and will have a meaningful opportunity to expand on our mission on the Solar and Imagery & Emerging Markets departments to build cutting edge technology, delivering comprehensive property insights to accelerate your project completion timeline when you need it, ultimately improving outcomes for businesses and The Earth.Responsibilities• Design and lead growth strategy working with owners of owned and paid media channels to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way• Evolve positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation that helps increase market share, fuels adoption, and assures a uniform and inspiring experience across channels (both in and out of product)• Collaborate and experiment with the Sales Departments to create and capture demand that closes higher quality and quantity deals• In collaboration with Content, PR, and Field Marketing, build thought leadership position connecting EagleView Solar and EagleView Imagery & Emerging Markets with innovation, data expertise, and process efficiency• Define and mobilize the marketing strategy behind the Solar Department’s and Imagery & Emerging Markets’ mission• Assess the market research, then identify and leverage desires and trends of Solar and Imagery & Emerging Markets owners and operators across all markets for engagement as well as branding opportunities• Be the voice of the customer to guide the Marketing, content, and product organization, sharing brand data and insights• Oversee other Marketing departments cross-functionally to deliver campaigns and programs that deliver on business goals; also promote alignment with Product, Customer Service, Finance, etc.• Move with speed and agility to keep pace with a fast-moving and fast-growing business• Other duties as assignedQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in a related field• Master’s degree is a plusPREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• 2-4+ years’ experience with growth marketing or product marketing strategy• 2-4+ years’ experience with B2B marketing including enterprise and mid-market• Experience with implementing brand strategy• Experience in working with and in large cross-functional and collaborative departments as well as directly overseeing small workforces• Robust collaborator that brings groups together to make impact• Quantitative by nature; make decisions supported by data, insights, and metrics to empower brand strategy, test, and measure to build compelling marketing programs that achieve measurable value• Resourceful, forward in thinking, drawn to building off ambiguous and unsolved problems, and have an ‘own the outcome’ mindset• Familiar working in a startup, scrappy environment, as well as capable of navigating more mature and corporate business processes• Read marketing newsletters and/or listen to marketing podcasts to give your ideas that you then translate to your own business• Exposure to influencing and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders, able to partner with deeply technical as well as operational, business-minded leadersEEO StatementThe compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Full-time (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program.
