Overview:
EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Sales Compensation Analyst for our department. The Sales Comp Analyst will evaluate, design, and administer employer compensation programs, including base pay, long-and short-term incentives, spot bonuses, commissions, and stock that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement. They will also design and communicate pay structures, grades, compensation budgets, and guidelines.
In this role, you will play a key role in developing and supporting a world-class incentive plan for sales that is motivating, metrics driven and aligns compensation with the company’s strategic vision. A successful candidate is a naturally curious individual who enjoys creatively developing data driven solutions and is comfortable having executive level visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Leaders and Sr. Director of Sales Analytics to create a scalable and professional sales operations capability at EagleView

Oversee quotas and related objectives for all sales roles and channels

Track performance metrics against strategic outcomes

Administer headcount planning and create models to test market growth scenarios and their financial impact

Oversee commission-related data sources, set up new plans, troubleshoot issues, and respond to employee inquiries

Oversee and execute new compensation solution development initiatives

Assess Sales department retention and performance

Identify patterns of earnings and performance across the field Sales department, identify outliers, and maintain focus, fairness, and motivation

Review compensation promoters and test for effectiveness across departments and market segments

Administer the sales recognition program ‘President's Club’

Provide support for annual sales kick-off events

Product/channel/GTM initiatives and incentives

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or in another related field
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance related experience working in a fast-paced, business environment

Relation building and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and people skills

Detail oriented with robust analytical and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education/licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties/responsibilities of the role, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All full-time (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick, and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance; 401(k) plan eligibility; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; and the Employee Assistance Program. This is a remote, full-time position with a base annual salary range of $58,000 to $78,000 and is bonus eligible.
