Ecommerce Assisstant

Our well-known beauty client is looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to join their growing team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$25/hr

Position Overview:

The Ecommerce Assistant will work closely with the Assistant Manager on supporting the Ecommerce business across the US for retailer accounts. The Ecommerce Assistant must have an understanding of product guidelines as well as managing the creation of web assets to support new product launches.

Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Assistant:

• Work closely with internal & external teams to assist with asset creation process, tracking metric-based evaluation of the full catalog, and ensuring that all content meets standards
• Manage and track all inbound digital asset submissions from vendors
• Use automation tools to track product introductions, launch deadlines, and featured dates for promotional campaigns
• Ensure all new launches appear in search and submit request to appropriate teams
• Manage weekly reports for outstanding assets to merchandising team
• Conduct quarterly brand updates

Qualifications for the Ecommerce Assistant:

• 1 – 2 years experience in digital/ecommerce
• Must have experience working within the beauty or luxury industry
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Shopify is a plus

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required
