Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver passionate about empowering clients with cutting-edge software solutions? At EdgeTier, we’re seeking a driven Implementations Specialist to join our Dublin team, ensuring smooth delivery and integration of our AI-powered customer engagement solutions.
About the Role
As an Implementations Specialist at EdgeTier, you’ll play a key role in bringing our software to life for clients, leading projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, manage project timelines, and configure our solutions to meet each client’s specific needs. Your expertise in technical and project management will be essential for ensuring clients are set up for success and can unlock the full value of our software.
This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office. You'll be required to work from our office 2 days each week.
What You’ll Do
Manage the entire client onboarding process, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Communicate project progress, expectations, and outcomes, ensuring client and project alignment at each stage.
Customise configurations, write API scripts, handle data migrations, and use integration tools to deliver tailored solutions.
Liaise with product, sales, development, and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery and address technical challenges.
Conduct user training sessions and offer hands-on support post-implementation for a seamless transition to everyday use.
Maintain comprehensive records of configurations and customisations to ensure long-term client success and improve future implementations.
Who You Are
You’re proactive, client-centric, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’ll use your technical expertise to solve complex challenges and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’re a natural at building strong client relationships, understanding their goals, and driving implementations that exceed expectations.
Your Background
Proven experience in software implementation and client-facing roles, ideally within a start-up or smaller company environment.
Strong familiarity with APIs, integration tools (e.g., Postman, Curl, SSH), and understanding of databases and data migration. Experience with SQL and data visualisation is a plus.
Skilled at balancing multiple tasks, managing timelines, and handling complex implementations.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to convey technical information clearly and adapt to diverse stakeholders.
You take ownership of client success, anticipating needs, managing expectations, and troubleshooting effectively.
Familiarity with contact centre operations, project management certification, or experience in customer service industries. Exposure to AI is an advantage!
