The EDO Analyst II is apart of the Enterprise Data Operations team that assists with reviewing and accurately updating UMB systems that record incoming signature cards and other regulatory documentation. Within the Enterprise Data Operations environment, this team interacts with various UMB clients and internal partners to evaluate and process requests for exception to standard product offer, hierarchy structure, or pricing. With our robust training to provide extensive UMB and financial knowledge, the Enterprise Data Operations team provides account maintenance and support to our operations customers.

These EDO Analyst II associates each have a specific and impactful function for our clients and UMB to ensure accurate process requests. The Enterprise Data Operations team are subject matter experts that assist to educate business partners and customers on data and business requirements for signature cards and other regulatory documentation.

The EDO Analyst II is responsible for administrative support and account maintenance of all signature cards incoming to UMB. This position assists clients with any questions and issues they may face while creating an unparalleled client experience. The EDO Analyst II focuses on customer, account, and relationship maintenance along with identifying opportunities for data improvement while educating UMB business partners on data and business requirements. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs.
