• Oversee daily operations of the center
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals
• Working with our CRM system to maintain communication with clients.
• Working with schools, city, and local organizations to plan events and providing information about our services.
• Engaging with children and families in the center.
• Ensuring the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
• Opening / Closing the center as required duty.
• Willingness to learn from and communicate with (super cool) hands-on owners and other center directors from support group.

• Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids
• Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership
• Familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment
• Flexible schedule
• Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Passion for STEM education.
