In this role will you own setting the strategic AI framework and will develop and lead a center of excellence (COE) for the firm. In this opportunity you will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, and leading the development and deployment of AI solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with business stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges, translating them into actionable AI initiatives.The ideal candidate for this newly created role, will have strong independent leadership competencies, deep business and technology acumen, and the ability to influence and drive change across a complex organization. You should have experience in leading AI initiatives within the professional services and or Consulting Industry both internally and as a service.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:• You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry• You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance• You will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards• We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions• We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation• Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work• Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) effortsWhat Work You will be Responsible For:• Develop and communicate a clear AI strategy aligned with EisnerAmper’ s overall vision and goals.• Identify opportunities where AI can enhance enterprise services processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation internally here at the firm as well as how it can service our clients.• Bring alignment between technologists and business leads; help them to explore the art of the possible with generative AI, machine learning, and automation and to develop a roadmap to deliver business value in the most effective way.• Evaluate and recommend Generative AI tools, RPA, AI/Machine Learning platforms and frameworks for adoption internally here at the firm and being able to scale and cater that to our clients to improve business opportunity, performance and operational efficiencies.• Determine the strategic applications and dashboards that our firm should develop using Gen AI with the intentions of offering them as marketable solutions to our clients.• Build and manage a high-performing team of AI specialists, including data scientists, engineers, and MLOps professionals.• Oversee the complete AI development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the CoE and across the organization.• Guide and recommend KPIs to operations and business owners to measure AI adoption outcomes.• Conduct workshop sessions to identify measurable opportunities to scope how they could deliver business value using AI and Automation.• Accelerate maturity of AI capabilities including governance, the platforms, the Machine Learning Operations process, responsible AI, use cases and more.• Working with the risk, legal, and compliance organizations to ensure compliance with all risk policies, regulations, and laws with respect to models, their implementation, and use cases. And mitigate risks through robust testing and monitoring processes.• Work closely with our Managing Partner of Advisory to help develop and build a Digital Transformation practice as a new service line.• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices.Basic Qualifications• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Physics, Math or similar field of study required.• 10+ years of software engineering and data science• 10+ years of strategy consulting, professional services, digital strategy development, or transformation programs.• 5+ years of leading emerging technologies.• 10+ years in the Professional Services and/or Consulting industry.• Experience in building and managing high performing teams.Preferred/Desired Skills• Masters/PhD is Preferred.• Experience and a proven track record in shaping and delivering work in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or similar complex change management effort.• Deep domain expertise with business acumen to provide leadership and guidance across business, product, technology, data strategy, risk and ethics organizations.• Strong understanding of the AI development lifecycle, including data science methodologies, machine learning algorithms, model deployment techniques, and solution assurance.• Proven track record of successfully deploying AI solutions that deliver business value.• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to AI (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).• Proven track record as a technology leader and advancer in a fast-paced dynamic environment.• Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.• Experience working with third-party consulting and solution vendors.• Passion for innovation and a strong desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.We strongly believe in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
