Job Summary :

The role of Engineer is to support the Engineering Manager and Team Leader in checking and approving drawings/designs of Data Center Modules to meet customer’s requirement and Industrial Standards.

The Engineer will support the manufacturing of Data center modules. The Engineer will also be appointed as the Lead Engineer for project work, meeting customer to ensure production meets customer requirement. Engineer is expected to travel to United States during production of product.

He/She is also responsible in assisting the Engineering Manager and Team Leader in troubleshooting site and manufacturing installation problems.

Job Descriptions:

• Checking and approving drawings, information and documentation which meets Industrial standards to enable the manufacturing group and other departments to produce Data Center Infrastructure Modules.

• Attend and initiate Design and Development Planning and Review session to meet customer’s and industry’s need.

• Understand the principle of electrical power and its components, procedures, and standards for power system equipment sizing and design.

• Complete cable schedule

• Complete earthing and lightning protection systems

• Understand the purpose of electrical system for facility

• Prepare Technical Requisition for electrical system, fire systems and components

• Review vendor quotations

• Prepare electrical load list

• Perform cable sizing

• Prepare single line diagrams

• Prepare bulk MTO's
