Eleks Compensation & Benefits is looking for Human Resources Data Analyst in Ukraine.


ABOUT PROJECT


The Human Resources Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of HR metrics.


This role will involve handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests while also preparing data for audits and surveys. Additionally, the analyst will be involved into HRMS implementation. This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members queries.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in HR analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis software is an advantage; understanding of HR metrics and benchmarks
  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights
  • Experience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance or a related field
  • Upper-intermediate level of English
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, remuneration, turnover, recruitment, and engagement
  • Prepare and present regular as well as ad-hoc reports to HR leadership, providing actionable insights to inform strategic and timely decision-making
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from other teams, management, and executives, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Automate all people-related reports and dashboards
  • Conduct analysis on employee demographics, skills, and competencies to support succession planning
  • Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR operations through data analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR systems and processes
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies regarding employee data
  • Prepare and provide data for audits, compliance checks, and internal/external surveys
  • Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to HR data management
  • Provide training and support to HR, management and executives teams on HR data reflected in Power BI
  • Contribute to the HRMS (Workday) implementation, ensuring seamless integration of people analytics and dashboard functionalities
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and governance across all HR reporting and analytics functions
