Title : Clerk SeniorLocation: The ideal candidate for this role will live within 50 miles of a Elevance Health Pulse Point.The Clerk Senior is responsible for providing a variety of clerical and some administrative duties.How You Will Make An Impact• Makes and receives phone calls to exchange information to accomplish tasks.• Organizes/maintainers files, records, lists, and handles mail.• Type's letters, forms and other documents, checks documents for accuracy and completeness, and cross-references information.• Maintains supply inventories.• Provides timely and accurate resolution of clerical issues.• Assists with training of clerical staff.• May search and investigate information contained in files.Minimum Requirements• HS diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years of clerical experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences• Ability to operate basic office equipment such as personal computers and basic software packages, fax machines, copiers, and telephone systems is strongly preferred.• Knowledge of the various operations of the organization, products, and services is strongly preferred.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $18.20 to $32.75Locations: California, New York, NevadaIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
