Outreach Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist to support our client's commercial cleaning business by driving lead generation through cold calling and follow-up activities. This role focuses on the commercial side of our operations, reaching out to potential clients to promote our janitorial and regular commercial cleaning services. You’ll also provide overflow support for residential cleaning and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach & Cold Calling: Proactively call businesses to introduce and offer commercial cleaning services.
• Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Engage with prospective clients through follow-up communications to nurture leads and schedule service consultations.
• Residential Support: Provide assistance with residential cleaning inquiries as needed to support the overall cleaning business.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required, including data entry, managing call logs, and handling other basic administrative duties.

• Experience in Sales or Outreach: Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation preferred.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with business clients and handle inquiries professionally.
• Organized & Self-Motivated: Must be able to manage time efficiently, especially when handling multiple follow-ups.
• Customer-Focused: Understand and address client needs to ensure satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.

• Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will go directly to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the client's discretion. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1200 / month
