The Role:
As a Program Specialist - Secondary Education, you will design engaging and inclusive enrichment and sports curricula for middle and high school students, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices. You will integrate trauma-informed and culturally responsive strategies, support student engagement, and provide research-based training for educators. Additionally, you will collaborate with the curriculum team, collect data to improve programs, conduct site visits, and contribute to ongoing professional development and program innovation. About You
This position's target annual base pay range is $70,00 - $80,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
