ELPEDISON, with its two privately-owned power plants in Thisvi (Voiotia) and Thessaloniki, with a total installed capacity of 820 MW, uses natural gas as fuel and ensures a clean and continuous electricity flow, based on a highly environmentally-friendly power generation process.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for the Electricity/ Natural Gas product lines, regarding households & small/medium business customers. You will have the ownership of a major revenue stream of the Company and a base of thousands of customers. In addition you will be responsible for the development of products that satisfy customer needs and ensure commercial success, monitors market trends & competition to always be one step ahead and act as a product expert & ambassador that guides colleagues in the area of his expertise.

What will you do:

  • Develop products, strategies & tactics in order to achieve company objectives
  • Understand customer needs, monitor competition and suggest innovative solutions/ products
  • Develop policies related customer acquisition, retention & loyalty
  • Manage product lifecycle & assortment
  • Design promos & campaigns for various sales channels (retail, face-to-face, call centers, online)
  • Design and deploy product marketing plan & activities roadmap
  • Articulate product selling proposition & message to be communicated via TV, radio, online etc.
  • Have P&L ownership for the assigned product lines

What you need to be successful:

  • A BSc in Business/ Economics, Engineering and related fields
  • A MBA or MSc in Marketing is considered a strong plus
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in product management/ marketing
  • Experience in services marketing (energy, telcos etc.) is considered an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong business/ commercial acumen
  • Very good analytical, synthesis skills and numerical understanding
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • A definite Customer-oriented personality
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
