We’re Sharp Performance
Sharp Performance is a dynamic health-tech startup transforming mental wellness for high-stress professions. As the first telecoaching platform tailored for public safety agencies, we connect high-stress professionals like law enforcement and firefighters with mental performance coaches through a mobile platform.
Our approach adapts cognitive performance methods from the Special Operations community, led by former Navy SEALs and Green Berets, to help frontline professionals manage stress and perform at their best. By addressing stigma head-on, we make mental wellness accessible to those who’ve often avoided traditional resources.
Backed by top-tier investors behind companies like Uber, Airbnb, PayPal, and Palantir, we’re rapidly expanding, signing new partnerships weekly, and delivering life-changing support every day. If you’re driven and passionate about making an impact, we’d love to have you join us on this mission!
