As a Senior Enrollment Coach, you'll play a key role at Elsmere. You'll work with one of our university partners to lead recruiting efforts for graduate and undergraduate programs. What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for prospective students, building meaningful relationships through phone, email, and text.
  • Guide students through the entire enrollment journey, from initial inquiry to application, admissions, and enrollment.
  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned programs, offering personalized guidance and program details to prospective students.
  • Demonstrate your consultative, relationship-based sales approach to engage, inform, and excite students about their future academic journey.
  • Manage and maintain a recruitment pipeline, tracking prospective students through each stage of the enrollment process and ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Achieve and exceed your goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, helping students take the next step in their education.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of sales or recruitment experience, ideally within a corporate setting
  • Proven ability to build relationships over the phone, text, and email, with exceptional communication skills.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of success.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, with the ability to share that knowledge with others.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
