Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify potential clients through networking and market research
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with potential customers
  • Create proposals and contracts to secure new business
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on branding and lead generation
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly
  • Remain informed of industry trends and competitive products
  • Suggest improvements to processes and strategies based on client feedback
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
