Employee Engagement Coordinator

As our Employee Engagement Coordinator, you will lead INDG’s ongoing development of building internal and external community. In addition, you will manage the philanthropy program and the delivery of effective and measurable employee engagement strategies, all while supporting employee engagement communities with event planning and ongoing activities across the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company's all-encompassing umbrella for philanthropy, volunteerism, cultural activities and employee engagement.
  • Identify and manage partnerships with external non-profit organizations and oversee, drive and track employee volunteerism at those non-profit partners.
  • Manage and track the corporate giving and philanthropy programs to enable employees to give and have charitable contributions matched by partnering with nonprofit partners.
  • Organize local cultural activities for employees to take advantage of.
  • Advance and develop employee resource groups, initiatives and events to drive employee connection and build community.
  • Partners with internal communication teams / marketing to promote both internal and external corporate events.
  • Supports corporate wide DE&I initiatives.
  • May be assigned other special projects according to business needs.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant experience and a background in corporate events, employee engagement, or leading employee resource groups required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Confluence experience is preferred.
  • Requires frequent local travel and work on nights and weekends.
