Operational Excellence Project Manager
Employer Direct Healthcare is seeking an Operational Excellence Project Manager to assess and improve member services performance and procedures.

Responsibilities
- Develop functional requirements for systems, data loads, and processes
- Gather and document business requirements
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and project meetings
- Manage project plans and track progress
- Provide project status reports and executive summaries
- Own and manage change and release management process
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in education, healthcare administration, analytics or related field
