EMSO Data Analyst
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the integration of spectrum management through the Information Warfare (IW) activities into planning as they pertain to support to 16th Air Force deployed and non-deployed assets
- Support pairing and effects de-confliction and inputs through data analytics into Combatant Command Operational Plans as requested by the Combatant Commanders Joint EMSO Cells, service components, and other subordinate units
- Provide research to analyze and apply IC, DoD, and AF policies and directives related to EMSO/spectrum management operations
- Coordinate with higher headquarters and other organizations to conduct EW/EMSO database development
- Oversee the development, publication, and track completion of the 16AF/A39 issued directives, and IW EMSO actions to 16AF/AFCYBER/IW units
- Develop analytic outreach methodologies to enable collaborative relationships with subordinate Wings/Centers, the IC, DoD Information Network, and supported Component Numbered Air Forces (CNAF) and associated AOC(s) worldwide
- Develop and execute written TTPs, training plans, and innovative IW methodologies
- Provide research, analyze, and then incorporate all identified gaps and shortfalls related to execution of 16AF/A39s EMSO intelligence functions in the TTPs, training plans, and methodologies
MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 years' of relevant EW/SIGINT/ELINT operational experience
- Electromagnetic Spectrum analytical experience with Joint functions at the operational, strategic, or national level; operational level analytical expertise
- Background in exploiting and reporting data from ISR sensors and platforms
- Data mining and research analysis applications and technology
- The national intelligence community reporting databases and standards
- Completed a commercial, military or Government all source analysis training course or certified in a specialized intelligence career field (i.e. Imagery or Signal Analysis)
- Clearance: TS/SCI clearance is required
DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations
- Technical understanding of EW, (electromagnetic attack (EA), electromagnetic protection (EP), electromagnetic support (ES))
- Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL
