About The Role

The Practice Manager (PM) role serves a critical function across a broad range of responsibilities, including leading and developing the team, maintaining sound business practices, and growing the business. The functions of the PM role include strategic planning, employee engagement and retention, financial analysis, leading the team to deliver a positive pet owner experience, maintaining ideal inventory levels, managing regulatory compliance and reputation management, and collaborating with the Medical Director. A veterinary or human healthcare background is preferred; however, other management experience will also be considered.
