Sales Growth Leader

Encoura is looking for an ambitious sales leader who is eager to prosper in a dynamic high growth environment.  This role reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.  In this role, you will grow our higher education client marketing service engagement program. In this role, you will be responsible for the renewal of all existing contracts as well as the primary sales presenter and closer of all new client leads.  You will be responsible for assembling all the marketing materials and pricing for the presentations and contracts. You will monitor existing programs executed by the service team to ensure success. You should expect to also be assigned to help lead additional strategic initiatives to hit Encoura’s expected growth goals. Experience working with top executives/presidents of institutions is a must.  You will actively seek out new leads, but the primary lead sourcing will come from the sales team and marketing efforts.  The ideal candidate is adept at navigating relationships with multiple executive stakeholders both external and internal. They thrive in quarterbacking internal teams to scope transformative solutions for our enrollment higher education institutions.



What You'll Accomplish


During the first 3 months you will develop a strong understanding of:

·       all our products/solutions they provide to our clients.

·       sales and contract processes.

·       the service team’s important role in providing success and attended client calls.

·       client calls as you begin attending to listen to their needs and wishes.


During the next 3 months you will:

·       begin to be the primary presenter on the new sales calls with secondary support.

·       attend all current engagement clients' existing program review calls.

·       develop a rapport with each of the sales representatives.

·       assist on all contract development.


During last 6 months:

·       You will be the primary presenter, successfully bonded with the sales representatives to cultivate clients, work successfully with service, and managing all pricing and contract processes.  Sales management support will always be there to help you succeed.

·       Effectively communicate with clients the details of Encoura’s programs and services.


Future Years:

·       You will help grow your team’s line of business and actively coach your team’s development.  Your creative suggestions to improve success will be expected and highly appreciated!

·       Willingness to travel and adapt to the needs of Encoura with a strong commitment to driving client success.


About You
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enrollment Management at a Higher Education Institution or a vendor for the industry with a proven track record of identifying business opportunities, creating and executing a sales plan, and consistently achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Omni-Channel Marketing (email, print, social media) to successfully build lead generation thru deposit.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience with a track record of success
  • Must be proactive, motivated, and have impeccable time management skills. 
  • Ability to travel to customer meetings, corporate training, and tradeshows.
