Description:
The End-User Support Associate is an entry level IS position that is responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system. This position works extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards. Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests. The End-User Support Associate is required to participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution. The End-User Support Associate also provides basic phone support and support of mobile devices. Performs other duties as assigned.
