The Senior Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for the timely execution of demand generation plans for Endava’s target industries and regions. This person will spend 20% of their time assisting their Demand Generation Manager(s) and Lead(s) with supporting strategic planning, and 80% of their time managing and working on the execution of an integrated go-to-market plan that meets the lead generation and financial goals of the business. They will be managing a variety of inbound and outbound marketing channels and a mix of digital and physical marketing tactics. 

We're looking for this role to join one of our global industry marketing teams, currently supporting our go-to-market efforts in Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, Travel, Energy & Resources and Government. Experience in these verticals is a plus but not a requirement.

Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Implement demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. 

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating marketing collateral, such as email templates, and landing pages or social media content. 

  • Lead Generation: Help in capturing and managing leads through forms, landing pages, and data entry into CRM systems (Hubspot). 

  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing and email nurtures. 

  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, podcasts and assist the Event Managers in the logistics around physical events. 

  • Technology Utilization: Learn and work with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, project management and analytics platforms to assist in campaign management and data analysis. 

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of marketing materials, including checking for grammatical errors, broken links, and formatting issues. 

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing assets. 

  • Lead Nurturing: Help with the development and execution of lead nurturing workflows and automated email sequences. 

  • Market Research: Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to support campaign targeting and messaging. 

  • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to campaign performance, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and lead quality. 

  • Reporting: Generate basic reports on campaign performance and key metrics for review by seniors. 

Qualifications

Educational Background 

  • Typically (but not a necessity) 4-5 years of marketing experience 
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Courses in B2B marketing demand generation, ABM, campaign management are highly beneficial
  • Certifications in specific sales and/or marketing software is a plus

Previous Experience 

  • Project & time management 
  • Previous experience in the following verticals is a plus, but not a requirement: Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, Travel, Energy & Resources and Government

Prior Knowledge and Skills 

  • Basic marketing knowledge, some marketing experience. Experience with marketing tools like Hubspot/Marketo/Eloqua/MailChimp; Asana/JIRA, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus, but not a requirement
