Position Overview:
The Associate Director, Testing is responsible for ensuring exceptional delivery of testing services to clients, maintaining oversight of the US-based Operations Testing team, and upholding quality standards and on-time delivery. This role will also serve as a technical liaison, interfacing with clients to address needs and ensure satisfaction.

In this role, you will take charge of our US-based Operations Testing team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality testing services to our clients. As a technical liaison, you'll cultivate relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll also be a pivotal part of enhancing operational efficiency through robust metrics, trend analysis, and continuous process improvements. Beyond oversight, mentorship is key—you’ll onboard new members, provide training, and promote a culture of collaboration and excellence within the Testing & Validation team. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in software testing, especially in a regulated environment, you’ll possess the skills to drive exceptional results. Your background in the life sciences sector and familiarity with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems will be a notable advantage.
