Performance Health is seeking an Engineer Co-Op to join our Manufacturing team in Cedarburg, WI. The Engineering Co-Op will work on projects related to the quality and process design improvements of our products. The duration of this Co-Op is fall semester (September through December) working part time 15-25 hours per week OR full time 40 hours per week. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in validation updatesUpdate product engineering records to include proper documentation for registrationsParticipates in and assists with the coordination of elements of investigations regarding customer complaintsConstruct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, and maintain equipment, components, devices, or systems.Work from engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Perform calibration and alignment checks; make adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.Manufacturing projects to eliminate waste and deliver cost savingsQuality and Regulatory projects to ensure process and products are in compliance with customer, internal, and governmental standardsPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalentEnrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after May 2024Majoring in Mechanical or Industrial EngineeringExperience with Solidworks/AutocadOverall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higherProficiency with analysis/reporting toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily.
