Human Resources Intern

• Advises site management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions.
• Assists with updating changes to processes improvements, programs, policies/procedures and responding to related inquiries.
• Keeps up-to-date on current human resource and labor market trends, new technology programs and applications.
• Prepares HR related reports as requested by Business Unit Managers.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation.
• Assist with employee separation notices documentation, exit interviews and collecting company equipment.

• Senior/Junior level student working towards HR-related major: Human Resources Management, Communications, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, etc.
• Enthusiastic about working in the HR field
• Highly collaborative, creative and excellent communication skills
• Previous internship experience working with Focus Groups, Employee Engagement and Job Analysis work a plus!

• Available to work 40 hours/week (on-site) for 10-12 week Summer assignment starting on June 5th
• Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
• 3.0 minimum GPA
