Enrollment Specialist

The Enrollment Specialist is expected to complete tasks and be knowledgeable in all areas that impact enrollment into Workforce Programs, which include but are not limited to:

• Remain current and knowledgeable of all workforce programs and responsibilities related to workforce staff
• Use program knowledge to effectively inform and advise prospective students in determining programs of interest
• Manage all in-person, phone calls, and email inquiries from prospective, current, and past students
• Answer to wrap-around services provided to students, including financial assistance and other services.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to support recruitment efforts including facilitating in person and virtual Information Sessions, social media postings, tabling events, community outreach and Open Houses.
• Support the intake process of potential student candidates into workforce programs
• Effectively utilize the organization’s enrollment registration system – xenegrade
• Manage small and mid-scale projects independently
• Update website content as required
• Insert data into systems as needed to track training payments or other measurable data
• Other duties as assigned

Proficiency in MS Office365
At least one-year work experience in the following areas: Project Management; Presentation Skills (in-person and virtual)
Availability for some evening hours and offsite recruitment assignments, as needed.
Preferred but not Required Qualifications:Experience working in higher education and community-based organization (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
