ATTIVITA’:

  • Gestione delle richieste di supporto pervenute via email e chat dei clienti on line esistenti e potenziali;
  • Gestione di chiamate di servizio e/o marketing outbound;
  • Identificazione delle problematiche e delle procedure adeguate per una veloce risoluzione delle segnalazioni;
  • Interazione con i reparti estermi al CS al fine di risolvere le gestioni di competenza di altri dipartimenti;
  • Segnalazione di potenziali bug di sistema e problemi generici riscontrati dagli utenti secondo le procedure in essere.

CARATTERISTICHE:

  • Madrelingua Italiana;
  • Ottime capacità di scrittura ed eccellenti doti comunicative verbali;
  • Ottime capacità di utilizzo del computer, pacchetto Office ed uso di Internet;
  • Ottime capacità interpersonali e “customer oriented”;
  • Ottime capacità di gestione dello stress e problem solving;
  • Ottime capacità di gestire e trattare con confidenzialità le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto;
  • Propensione al team working;
  • precedente esperienza in ambito customer service è titolo preferenziale non essenziale;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese è titolo preferenziale non essenziale;
  • La posizione è full time in regime di turnazione inclusi se previsti domeniche e festivi.
