As an Enterprise Account Development Manager on our International sales team, you will identify and engage with high-quality brands that we would like to work with, as well as organize meetings and help pitch Pattern’s services. You'll be supporting sales activities for US-based brands looking to expand into China. This is a full-time role based in Lehi, Utah.

Researching ecommerce categories and identify high-growth brands/products to trade on APAC Marketplace platforms
Identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges in the Chinese market, proposing innovative strategies to maximize our market presence and drive growth
Work closely with the China-based Head of Business Development and Asia Marketing team. You'll also interact with colleagues all over the world including USA, EMEA, and the Middle East

What will I need to thrive in this role?
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese
Proven experience and deep familiarity with the Chinese consumer market
Track record of hitting quota
Experience in phone sales and qualifying leads, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, and other sales acceleration tools
Have a passion for building processes and understanding data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent research skills and business acumen, with previous exposure to different cultures across Asia
Proficiency with Google software including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
Preferred Experience & Skills
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Previous exposure to E-commerce Business / Marketplaces, specifically (but not limited to) Amazon
International experience
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach
