The Senior Influencer Campaign Planner will hold a pivotal role within Pattern’s Current Technologies business line, which offers tech-enabled influencer marketing solutions to brands. The Planner will be an experienced influencer marketing operator who has constructed a variety of creator programs to serve different business needs and brand use cases. Leveraging this expertise, this hire will work across Current’s sales pipeline to understand prospective client needs and package Current’s tech and services offerings appropriately for each deal. A successful candidate will have high empathy for client pain points, in order to develop the right creator-driven solutions that will increase Current’s sales velocity and success rate.

What is a day in the life of a Senior Influencer Campaign Planner?
  • Partner closely with Current sellers to build out appropriate influencer SaaS and service plans for their opportunities
  • Model Current’s service costs, based on established business rules, to ensure deal compliance with profitability targets
  • Work cross-functionally with Current and Pattern service delivery teams to vet out unique client requests and facilitate post-sale execution handoffs
  • Draft and templatize pitch decks to outline client-tailored influencer plans and support sellers to complete other RFP deliverables
  • Coordinate with media teams – both internal and client-referred – to develop appropriate paid amplification strategies around Current’s influencer content
  • Present at key pitches and serve as an influencer domain expert throughout the sales process
What will I need to thrive in this role?
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably with experience across affiliate-based and fixed-fee programs
  • Strong paid media fluency and experience integrating influencer content within paid social strategies
  • History of successful partnership with highly tenured sellers within a marketing services business
  • Highly polished and professional communication style – able to present a digital marketing plan to a CMO-level audience
  • Successful examples of tailoring influencer campaigns to eCommerce objectives (across D2C, Amazon or other significant marketplaces)
  • Experience building or managing longer-term (1 year+) brand ambassador programs is a plus
  • High competence in digital marketing measurement and ROI/ROAS calculations
  • Team player who is skilled at building connections across teams and organizational functions
What is the team like?
This is an individual contributor position and the sole sales planning role within Current, with an opportunity to build a team in time, with success and revenue growth. The role reports to the Current VP of Strategy and Operations and works closely with established sales, client service and media teams within the company. The Current team is lean, entrepreneurial and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with other members of the Pattern org to implement and improve more effective and efficient sales processes.
