WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We seek an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to join our team selling into the Higher-Ed & SLED vertical. As an AE, you have sold complex Enterprise SaaS solutions and come with many prior relationships. The primary priority of this position is to drive, own and deliver on sales targets for JAGGAER SaaS solutions.
As a successful candidate, you are an accomplished sales professional, ideally with Spend Management experience. You have a tenacious approach to net new sales in targeted accounts, a consistently proven track record of performance, and the ability to access and navigate complex sales environments.
Principal Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive, own, and deliver on sales targets for JAGGAER SaaS solutions through prospecting, building pipelines, and effectual selling.
    • Drive transformational deals
    • Ability to help grow 7-figure deals
  • Develop an Enterprise Account Plan for each enterprise account, then drive the execution of that plan to success
  • Engage with C-level prospects to position JAGGAER’s enterprise value proposition and propel the deal to closure
  • Proactively provide trusted thought leadership to target accounts
  • Co-sell & collaborate with Alliance Partners as needed
  • Develop and deliver first-rate Executive Sales proposals to C-level prospects
  • Track activity and maintain the system of record in SFDC

Position Requirements:
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • Successful track record in accomplishing sales targets within a Hunter role (Net New Logos)
    • Proven track record of selling to Fortune 500 organizations
  • Possess a Hunters’ disposition: you’re manically focused on deal qualification, management of deal, and effective deal closure
  • Proficiency in the selling of complex Enterprise SaaS solutions (P2P & S2P preferred)
  • Ability to drive & positively influence conversations at the C-level:
    • Advanced understanding of procurement knowledge for the ability to drive conversations with CPOs
    • Advanced understanding of supply chain knowledge for the ability to drive conversations with COOs
    • Advanced understanding of Finance knowledge for the ability to drive conversations with CFOs
  • Proven ability to build and deliver credible and compelling business value propositions within the C-Suite
  • Highly collaborative energy: You independently initiate joint problem-solving sessions with co-workers, other departments, and partners, resulting in a plan to close more deals.
  • Proactive: You proactively seek the help needed to be successful. You don’t wait to be instructed and are very entrepreneurial in your approach to business.
  • Hungry to succeed: You go above and beyond, spend the extra time, make the additional call, or have one more prep session to get it right.
  • Networking: You’re active on social media, involved in business associations, leverage your network, and embrace partners.
