Experience Level: 10+ years

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to define technical requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
Design and implement microservices architecture using JavaSpring, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
Lead and contribute to data engineering initiatives, including data modeling, ETL processes, pipelines, and warehousing.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in best practices and ensuring high-quality code.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and advocating for their adoption when appropriate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in architecting and developing applications on AWS, with a deep understanding of AWS services and best practices.
Proficiency in JavaSpring framework for building scalable and modular applications.
Solid background in data engineering, including data modeling, ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing.
Proven experience in application development, with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Demonstrated thought leadership, with the ability to stay abreast of industry trends and influence technological decisions.
AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are a plus.
