Enterprise Sales Representative (Remote)

Electronic Verification System (EVS) is looking for a full-time Enterprise Sales Representative. A career with EVS is an opportunity to be with an established SaaS company with 20 years of experiences on a small but collaborative team with a passion for growth and success.

To be successful in this role, you must be a competitive, driven salesperson with strong business/personal skills, and have the natural desire to win. Ability to leverage the adoption of the EVS solutions into new partnerships by building a sales pipeline by attending trade shows/conferences as well as external lead generation. Main responsibility is acquiring enterprise level partnerships and strategic channel partnerships that aid in company growth.


Responsibilities

  • In the first 90 days, demonstrate success in account development, conversion of quality leads and set meetings
  • In the first 120 days, sell at least one enterprise level account
  • Identify and qualify prospective partners by establishing a sales/business relationship
  • Ensuring an active, continuous, new business pipeline
  • Building new strategic relationships through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the industry (competitor information, future of industry, future growth opportunities, etc.)
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events and establish new target vertical communities to identify new business development opportunities
  • Attend in person sales meetings as deemed necessary
  • Proven ability to negotiate mutually beneficial contracts and agreements
  • Learn all the products and solutions EVS offers and ability to accurately demonstrate them to prospective partners/clients
  • Travel required to attend conferences, trade shows, and in-person sales meetings


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience overcoming objections and achieving growth targets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce preferred) and sales process, report on the status of accounts
  • Ability to prioritize strategic account lists and define strategic verticals
  • Desire to work in a small business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have integrity, ensuring business is conducted in an ethical manner
  • Ability to respond to emails and take calls outside of normal business hours
  • Ability to work without guidance and work alone in many cases
  • Passion for wanting to be part of a team that takes pride in their work
  • Ability to learn a highly technical business and execute that knowledge into sales generation
  • Ability to network direct in-person, and indirect such as phone, email, social media
  • Knowledge and connections in the Financial Industry (Payment Processing preferred)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior knowledge of SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge and connections in the Gaming (sports betting, fantasy sports, casino, lottery) industry
  • Demonstrate prior knowledge of identity verification and fraud prevention products and solutions
  • Desire and ability to train additional sales representatives and take on a more senior level leadership role
