Define Your Career Path. At Medicus Healthcare Solutions, we have two different types of Entry Level Sales Roles.
Business Development Executives at Medicus Healthcare Solutions own the entire sales process with new clients. You will build relationships with hospital executives across the nation to identify, develop and close new business. Acting as a strategic partner and advisor for your clients, you will seek to understand their specific pain points and needs, so that you can present the best solution for their unique circumstances. Our BDE’s are solution-oriented, possess a hunter mentality, and want to make a difference in hospitals across the United States.
In this role, you will get to:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities at healthcare facilities nationwide
- Close business with new and existing customers across divisions and product lines
- Conduct strategic discussions with decisions makers and key partners within healthcare organizations
- Drive sales cycle with a sense of urgency ensuring clients’ expectations are met while achieving targeted sales goals and acceptable margins of the business unit
- Design and present customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients
- Maintain and develop relationships with C-Suite level executives to maximize account penetration and increase revenue generated per account.
As a
Physician Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to build relationships with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners across the United States. Through building relationships with healthcare providers, our recruiters gain a better understanding of what the healthcare provider is looking for in their next job. From there, our recruiters will find the best fit job/hospital for what they are looking for. Physician Recruiters act as an advisor for the healthcare providers that we work with, and partner with them every step of the way– from initial conversation to throughout their placement and beyond, it’s an ongoing relationship! This individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter who is looking to be a part of a team that makes a difference in healthcare each day!
In this role, you will get to:
- Conduct physician and mid-level sourcing activities such as cold calling, utilizing social media, on-line job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and professional association sites, regional conferences and state chapter meetings, and marketing email campaigns
- Qualify, present and recommend candidates to meet the needs of our clients by evaluating candidate fit for a particular location
- Build and maintain a well-qualified talent pipeline
- Meet with your team regularly to collaborate and manage your active candidate pool
- Negotiate candidate rates, travel arrangements, shifts to be worked, and other items affecting contracting and the placement
- Join professional networking organizations, attend industry trade shows, and establish passive channel sources to develop candidate pipeline
