The Go-To-Market Finance team serves as trusted financial advisors to the Worldwide Field Organization (WWFO), Marketing and Customer Experience Organization (CXO) organizations globally.

Reporting to the FP&A Director, Americas, this position will primarily provide financial analysis and strategic support to the WWFO to drive efficiency and profitable growth. The role will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement financial plans and strategies, analyze sales performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Participating in monthly and quarterly forecasting, month-end close activities, as well as ad-hoc business modeling, the right candidate will have an opportunity to develop their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  • Partner with the sales team to develop annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long range plans
  • Partner with the Accounting team during month-end and quarter-end close processes and reporting
  • Review and identify business trends as part of periodic variance analysis
  • Participate in scenario modeling to support business cases and other ad-hoc strategic reviews
  • Assist in preparation of key materials for board, QBRs and other stakeholder meetings
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

WE'D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Ops or Accounting in high-growth start-ups, or public companies
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong system skills (Adaptive Planning, NetSuite or other comparable tools, SFDC, Tableau)
  • High level of proficiency in all productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Google Suite)
  • Possess a growth mindset with an appetite for an ambiguous and fast-moving environment
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative and an ability to work proactively while balancing priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of Subscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model
  • Experience in financial modeling with experience building complex and detailed financial models from scratch and be able to recommend actionable decisions based on data
  • Experience of high-growth Sales capacity organizations

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.

US Pay Range

$108,800—$136,000 USD
