Entry Level to Senior Level Project Managers

Job Description:

Fit-Gap Analysis and solution design of Asset and work management using Oracle Work and Asset management (WAM) and Oracle mobile workforce management (MWM). Functional design and configuration for the solution involving Oracle WAM, Oracle MWM, Click suite of products. Design of system interfaces and data conversions on oracle databases using PL/SQL and Oracle SQL. Manage system integration testing and support user acceptance test for Oracle work and asset management and Oracle mobile workforce management. Project management for implementation of WAM & MWM packages. Tracking and reporting of the project progress to steering committee and senior leadership. Maintain customer relationship and stakeholder management during the project. Create project charter and master plan for different phases of the project with adherence to PMI guidelines. Resource planning for different phases of the project. Identifying risks, monitoring active risks and planning mitigation strategies for the risks. Execute the plan and allocate tasks to the team members. Approve leaves, conduct appraisals and recommend promotions and role changes. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to manage the organizational change. May require travelling to set up systems at various client sites across the nation and perform feasibility studies.
