IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our Scientist, you need to work at the interface between R&D and business in solving both short and long-term problems. The in-depth scientific insights will guide the development of products and applications for Envalior.

 

Young expert will be stimulated and coached with senior experts in the research projects and develop themselves in.

- Analysing problems and breaking a complex practical problem down into cases that can be handled by experts in the fields of processing, properties, and chemistry;

- Defining business opportunities, via mechanism analysing, developing and proposing efficient scientific tools (numerical as well as experimental);

- Providing solution to business problems based on a broad scientific base;

- Strong personal skills like entrepreneurship and communication.

-       Recent graduates with Ph.D. or post-Doc.

-       The ideal candidates are major in polymer engineering or material science, with a specialization in polymer physics.

-       A conceptual and critical thinker, able to dive into detail where required as well as able to generate creative solutions.

-       Good communication and collaboration mindset.

-       Strong initiative and open to working in a diverse environment with colleagues from around the world.

-       Fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
