Lead product management activities across multiple parallel product streams in executing a multi-year roadmap to transform the company’s order management and invoicing system, document processing capabilities, customer experience, and service management platform. Serve as a management focal point for this strategic initiative, driving alignment and collaboration across Clean Earth’s business and operations, IT teams, and strategic partners. Own the successful delivery of the program across its various phases, ensuring the product vision is realized, business objectives are met, and key stakeholders are kept informed. Lead a team of Product Managers, providing guidance and direction to ensure the product roadmap is effectively executed, while prioritizing critical features, mitigating risks, and driving innovation throughout the lifecycle of the program.
