  • Soutien à la performance financière des entreprises par l’optimisation de l’ensemble des charges sociales et fiscales, par l’accompagnement du financement de l’innovation, la recherche de subventions ou encore la gestion des risques financiers.

Enfin, nous savons répondre aux enjeux de performance environnementale en allant des dimensions réglementaires ESG, plans de performance énergétiques ou de mobilités durables, à la définition et mise en œuvre de véritables stratégies RSE, climat ou décarbonation. 

Description du poste

Dans le cadre de la croissance de notre offre Plan de Performance Achats ( optimisation des achats directs et indirects au Success Fees), nous recherchons aujourd'hui un(e) Sales Development Representative/ Inside Sales qui sera en charge de l'initialisation du processus commercial.

Rattaché(e) directement à notre Directeur de BU, vos missions seront de:

  • Qualifier et enrichir une liste de prospection établie par la direction commerciale et marketing
  • Contacter par téléphone les interlocuteurs décideurs (DAF, DG)
  • Présenter l’offre de l’entreprise de manière claire et convaincante lors des appels
  • Positionner un rdv avec les Equipes plan de performance
  • Contribuer à la qualité des informations de notre CRM 
  • Effectuer un travail de reporting régulier de vos KPIs 

Pour votre prise de poste, vous serez formé(e) à nos offres et à nos méthodes de vente.

Vous disposerez également d'une montée en compétences personnalisée (simulation de cold call, double-écoute, debrief...).

Qualifications

Plus qu'une formation, nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité dotée d'un fort tempérament commercial avec une première expérience réussie en prospection téléphonique BtB sur de la vente de services.

Votre excellent relationnel et votre parfaite maitrise du français oral et écrit vous permettent d'échanger avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.

Vous disposez absolument des qualités essentielles pour réussir sur ce poste: proactivité, résilience et capacité à gérer le rejet.

Salaire brut annuel: 30 k€ en fixe + primes variables déplafonnées (primes à la prise de rdv validés/qualifiés + primes signature, primes de challenge).
