Job Description

  • Assess graduates/former trainee's placement readiness, provide appropriate referrals and accompanying support services in accordance with DOL, Center, and ResCare requirements
  • Ensures timely placement and retention of assigned graduates and former enrollees in quality jobs, the military, or further education and training opportunities
  • Promotes job development through direct contact with employers, One-Stops, JTPA, and State Employment Agencies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor' Degree required
  • One year experience in sales, marketing or counseling related services and four years of experience working with youth ages 16-24
  • Current valid Driver's License
