Job Description

Conduct case-worker case file reviews for quality assurance standards and compliance. Provide technical feedback to caseworkers as required and/or requested.

  • Conduct case file and record reviews for compliance and identifies opportunities for improvement or corrective actions and to ensure contractual performance expectations are met.
  • Submit weekly QA reports in a timely manner to the Project Director.
  • Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement.
  • Ensure 100% of clients participate in the client satisfaction survey.
  • Ensure all clients receive a return call within 24 hours of calling and leaving a message.
  • Review quality assurance standards, study existing policies and procedures and interview personnel and patients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance programs.
  • Creates, implements, and monitors standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Extensive sitting, computer, phone and deskwork required; work primarily in a defined office environment, with specified hours, although flexible hours may be required; interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds; availability for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, training and other events may be required; travel may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years related experience.

Demonstrates knowledge of quality assurance procedures and federal, state, and local coalition laws and mandates; demonstrates knowledge of computers and knowledge of data management processes; demonstrates knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing procedures.

 

Education/Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

Associate's degree in human services, education, psychology, sociology, or related field required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
