ERG Ecoservices is seeking two Crew Manager(s) to oversee field crews for the Bureau of Land Management’s (BLM) Assessment, Inventory, and Monitoring (AIM) Terrestrial Program. The AIM Program is a critical initiative focused on collecting high-quality ecological data to guide natural resource management decisions across public lands. The Crew Manager will be responsible for supervising daily crew operations, supporting field logistics, performing QC (quality control) of collected data, and ensuring safe and efficient fieldwork. Crew managers will report to ERG Project Managers.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience conducting AIM fieldwork, experience with logistics coordination, and the ability to motivate and support field crews working in remote, challenging environments. Crew Managers will conduct periodic site visits with crews throughout the season, so the ability to conduct fieldwork, including camping for multiple nights, is also required.

Start Date: February 17 or 24, 2025, based on availability
Employment Type: Full-Time / Seasonal
This position is eligible for health insurance, overtime, accrued sick leave and 401k participation after four months of employment.
