Creative Operations Manager

About the role 

NBCU Peacock is at the cutting edge of Entertainment, showcasing the best content from the broader NBCU family, in addition to their own acclaimed Originals and Exclusives: across Movies, Dramas, Sports and Reality. Peacock’s Marketing and Paid Media experience needs to match the excitement of their content. 

The Creative Operations Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects at a time or a singular, large scale project, and ensuring that these projects meet or exceed internal team and client expectations and are delivered on-time and effectively.  

The Project Manager will interface heavily with senior client services team members, planning teams, and the client to ensure operational deliverables are timely, and accurate.  

They will also ensure that the challenge and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team.  

Some of the things we’d like you to do: 

  • Provide timely, proactive written project documentation to internal teams and clients in the form of status reports, meeting notes and other required follow-ups 
  • Ensure that the assignment and requirements are understood by the team and delivered accurately and on-time 
  • Coordinate and contribute to project meetings, both internal and client facing 
  • Understand, identify, and help remove project roadblocks 
  • Participate in resource management 
  • Manage changes in project timelines and end of project closing requirements 
  • Collaborate with client on accurate trafficking requirements, and steward internal trafficking process 
  • Actively manage and deliver creative asset specifications, along with any subsequent tacking requirements 
  • Ensure asset delivery timings are communicated to partners, and manage any timeline adaptations, as needed 

A bit about yourself: 

  • 3+ years experience as a producer or project manager in a media or creative agency 
  • Ability to coordinate cross-discipline teams (i.e. Creative, Media Planning and Activation, Strategy and Media) 
  • Proactive, creative, strategic thinker with an impeccable attention to detail and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to prioritize work in order to meet competing deadlines 
  • Proven track record and a passion for delivering high quality projects on time while providing excellent client service 
  • Experience and understanding of on- and off-line media  
  • Experience documenting requirements 
  • Experience with Airtable, MS Project, Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.) 
  • Excellent and proactive communication 
  • Ability to balance needs of team and client expectations 
  • Ability to build relationships, show and earn respect, and contribute to the creative team culture in an energetic and forward thinking way

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
