Job Title: UI/UX Designer 3Location: Preferring they are in office Westminster, CO office or Peoria, IL or Chicago, ILDuration: 12 months; possibility to be extendedDaily Schedule: Monday thru Friday; 1st shiftPosition’s Contributions to Work Group:- Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)-Interaction with team:- Working with 1 designer (lead) and the rest of team (total of 8 other designers), Plus a research team.Work environment:- Hybrid work modelCandidate RequirementsEducation & Experience Required:- Degree or equivalent (5+ years’ experience in User experience) or Equivalent, they would need have obtained a UX program specific certification.- Master's degree with 5+ years’ experience.Technical Skills(Required)- Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)- FIGMA (Design tool)- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards.
