Job Title: UI/UX Designer 3Location: Preferring they are in office Westminster, CO office or Peoria, IL or Chicago, ILDuration: 12 months; possibility to be extendedDaily Schedule: Monday thru Friday; 1st shiftPosition’s Contributions to Work Group:- Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)-Interaction with team:- Working with 1 designer (lead) and the rest of team (total of 8 other designers), Plus a research team.Work environment:- Hybrid work modelCandidate RequirementsEducation & Experience Required:- Degree or equivalent (5+ years’ experience in User experience) or Equivalent, they would need have obtained a UX program specific certification.- Master's degree with 5+ years’ experience.Technical Skills(Required)- Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)- FIGMA (Design tool)- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)- Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)(Desired)• Knowledge of equipment management or monitoring construction equipment or adjacent• Fleet mgmt. experience• Enterprise related and not ecommerce experience.Soft Skills(Required)- Heavy attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Production ready designs exp, doing both conceptual and production ready designs.Disqualifiers/Red Flags:- Anyone who wants 100% remote is a NO- they will not be considered.- If there isn’t a link to their portfolio on resume, they will be DQ.***- If their location is not on resumes, they will be DQ- If they don’t live in area but open to relocation on their own dime, please make sure that is stated clearly on the resume.- If they have extensive consumer related experience they will most likely do well in this role, so please do not submit them.
