We have exciting, essential roles for Cell Culture Engineers.  We are looking for team members with various experience levels from new to the industry to expert level as well as leadership to support a client site in the Framingham, MA area.  This team will support routine daily maintenance and management of all lab-based equipment (including coordinating with vendor-supported maintenance per schedule), set-up and maintain small scale and pilot scale bioreactors, and executed Cell Culture studies in the small scale and pilot labs.

B.S. degree in science related field

  • Experience executing cell culture studies in small scale/pilot lab
  • Experience building bioreactors, taking down/washing bioreactors and all associated parts and probes
  • Experience with set-up and maintenance of small scale and pilot scale bioreactors
  • Experience inoculating, feeding, sampling reactors and shaking flasks, running samples on analytical equipment, compiling data/ results
  • Experience maintain cell culture passages 
  • Experience calibrating probes, autoclave bioreactors, and batch media aseptically
  • Proficiency navigating online acquisition software (MFCS, DeltaV, ambr) and monitoring trends
  • Experience with ELN

Additional Information

  • Position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Framingham, MA and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
