Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. Dolphin Debit is looking for a dynamic individual for our Sales & Marketing Coordinator role.

This is an exciting role in integrated digital marketing to lead the growth and retention of our client base through the implementation & support of our sales and marketing initiatives. The right person will be innovative, have a knowledge of and experience with general marketing principles and have the ability to multitask. They will be highly analytical and possess the skills to think creatively in order to market effectively to Euronet’s target market.

  • Supports the SVP of Sales & Marketing with various tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Copywriting including press releases, client testimonials, web content, proposal creation, etc.
  • CRM administration, data input and reporting
  • Social media management
  • Managing and planning annual marketing budget, marketing calendar, etc.
  • Responsible for managing and tracking all metric and performance markers on all marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with creative services in the creation of print and digital collateral to support sales & marketing initiatives
  • Manage email program to support sales and marketing campaigns; set up, test and send email campaigns, and assist with database management
  • Manage event strategy and execution, including pre, during and post event plans in coordination with sales team
  • Must have creative ability to coordinate design of material and create campaign concepts to drive external marketing efforts
  • Assist with creation and organization of internal training program and associated materials
  • Undertake additional tasks that may arise
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years marketing experience preferred 
  • Creativity
  • Familiarity with full complement of software to include word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Photoshop, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and CRM
  • Good communication and copywriting skills
  • Understanding of marketing statistics, KPIs and benchmarks
  • Ability to use Constant Contact and Mail Chimp
  • Good understanding of digital marketing principals
  • Extremely organized, detail oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced climate
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard working hours as needed
